発端は QST 2月号が届かないので問い合わせたところ，以下のような解答が．
"The print magazine is no longer included with a membership. Although you did have a current active membership as of the date this decision was made by our Board of Directors, members were notified of a prorated fee due for continuation of print delivery for the duration of your current membership term."
「えっ，通常の会費に加えて冊子の購読料を 2025年1月分まで払っているけど．もう一度確認して．」と返信すると
"That fee no longer includes print QST."
とのこと． 訳が分からず，検索すると こちらのページ で以下の一文を発見．
"Those with regular memberships (a remaining term on a current membership) will need to purchase an add-on subscription to continue receiving printed QST and OTA after January 1, 2024."
(7/23 にメールで送られてきた ARRL Member Bulletin にも，上記ページを確認するよう記されていました．)

少々乱暴な施策と思えなくもありませんが，既に決まったことですし，事前に行われた Survey に参加しなかった私に文句を言う資格はありません． (追加料金なしで)デジタル版を読むことはできますが，印刷された冊子が欲しいので，今回は追加料金を払って冊子の購読を続けることにしました．

次回会員資格を更新する際，どうするかは思案中です．
